Venue : Wynyard Hall, Tees Valley, TS22 5NFA presentation by Stephen Catchpole of Tees Valley Unlimited with an update on the Local Enterprise Partnerships and Enterprise Zone. The purpose of the Enterprise Zone is to stimulate business and job growth in the private sector by concentrating on the opportunities offered by the priority sectors of the local economy.
We also welcome Caroline Theobald (Bridge Club) who will develop some of those local issues with Stephen. Caroline is a connector! She established Bridge Club in 2000 to introduce ideas people to money people and new markets. Eleven years on this private company is still going strong and has given birth to FIRST, the north east chapter of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, and a host of "in conversation with…" events.
Attendance to this event is free. A light supper will be served on arrival. There will be plenty of opportunities to network with members and guests, please bring plenty of business cards.
