Our third visit to The Heart, hosted by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and in partnership with Square One Law, welcomes Sue Houston OBE, Assistant Director Regeneration, South Tees Development Corporation (STDC) and Neil Warwick OBE, Partner, Square One Law.
A year on from the launch of STDC, Sue will provide an update on the progress and key issues including land acquisition, work on ground investigations and infrastsructure construction, and investor interest.
Neil Warwick, head of North East commercial law firm, Square One Law’s Stockton office will outline how the major regeneration projects run by TVCA and STDC are already acting as a catalyst for the reinvigoration of the Tees Valley. Neil will outline the multidisciplinary support Square One Law’s team has provided to TVCA and STDC and will provide an overview of how this could help future-proof the prosperity of the area for generations to come, particularly in light of Brexit.
