Chlo Clover, creative director of Middlesbrough's Wander Films, was up against the best female-led companies across the North-East, Yorkshire and Scotland.
The Forward Ladies National Award recognised Chlo's achievements since co-founding the video production company in Australia in 2017 before returning home to the Tees Valley to concentrate on the growth of the company.
The national award will take Chlo and her team to the Royal Armouries in Leeds in late November where she will represent the region against three fellow Young Entrepreneur finalists.
Speaking about the award, Chlo said: "I honestly feel super honoured and privileged to have such an incredible team who have allowed Wander Films to keep reaching and keep pushing forward. When they said my name, wow, I didn't believe it!"
"This feels like a really big moment for us and it shows if you want something bad enough you can make it.
"It's been a really big year for us and moments like this remind us why we are doing the things we are doing. We'd love to inspire young people to go after their dreams too."
Chlo added: "The support Wander receives from the Tees community is next level, I'm so overwhelmed by all the messages of congratulations and I'm super stoked to be representing our region at the national final!"
Lou Tonner, co-founder and managing director of Wander Films, said: "The competition was so tough, everyone who made it to regionals was really special and super inspiring.
"As a team we couldn't be prouder of Chlo, she drives us every day to be the best we can be, it's awesome to see her recognised on this level."
