A Way Out needs your help!


To raise awareness of the services we offer and the 2023 mental health awareness week subject anxiety we are planning a Walk & Talk.
We are participating in THE TEES HERITAGE WALK, along the banks of the River Tees on Sunday 14th May 2023, between 09.30 and 11.00 hours.
We need you to join our team and turn the Tees green in support of A Way Out!
The main walk (Option 1) is a distance of 12 miles from Middlesbrough College to Stockton’s Millennium Bridge and back.

In addition, other shorter route options, all starting at Middlesbrough College, will be available as follows:

2) Middle Distance Return Route (9 miles) to the Tees Barrage and back;
3) Short Return Route (6.1 miles) to Newport Bridge and back
4) One Way Route (5.7 miles) to the Millennium Bridge.

If you would like to show your support for A Way Out and join our team, please register your entry via the Rotary website, registration is £5 per adult or £10 per family. Once registered please contact me and I will send over your sponsorship form and details for the event.
