Looking ahead at the next 12 months, we can expect to see big changes in the area of employment law, particularly in terms of flexible working.
Proposed changes centre predominantly around childcare arrangements, but will also extend beyond parents and carers, including flexible working for all employees and sickness absence management.
Our employment law seminar on Thursday 10th April will be on the topic of "family friendly rights in the workplace" covering all the changes in this area of law that employers will expect to see during 2014.
Presenter: Nazia Aftab, Senior Solicitor, Endeavour Partnership
Nazia is an experienced employment solicitor, handling both contentious and non contentious employment matters ranging from defending employment tribunal proceedings, advising employers on TUPE issues and contracts of employment to issuing high court injunction proceedings for breaches of restrictive covenants. Nazia also has experience in negotiating, advising on and drafting settlement and compromise agreements. Nazia is a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 2013.
