Heads Up - Raising funds for metal health programmes

Down your work tools, pull on your footy kit and join 3aaa and MFC Foundation for an afternoon of football and entertainment at MFC Foundation's Herlingshaw Centre.We want you to team up and sign up for the inaugural 3aaa 5-a-side Championship Trophy, raising valuable funds to support those experiencing mental health problems.So, prise yourself away from your PC, put down your pen and cancel your calls!
