Innovate UK would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming workshop at the Wilton Centre, Teesside. This is being run as part of Innovate UK’s Sustainable Chemicals Incubator Plus (SCIP) activities. SCIP is exploring how higher TRL SMEs in the UK can rapidly scale and commercially deploy innovations in sustainable chemicals and support the UK’s supply chain resilience and industrial strategy.

Workshop Objectives:
• Build consensus on the needs of SMEs to be able to scale and deploy innovations in sustainable chemicals within in the UK
• Identify interventions to support SMEs business and technical growth from higher TRLs towards commercialisation
• Foster connections between SMEs, industry partners, and support organisations

This workshop is intended for individuals involved in strategy, innovation, technology development, or business growth within the chemicals sector. We aim for a diverse group, with a strong emphasis on SME participation. Attendance is limited, so please register your interest as soon as possible. Large companies interested in supply chains of the future and fostering a thriving UK Chemical Industry and a skilled UK workforce are encouraged to attend.
