Sales and Customer Service Conference Returns for Second Year.

Following the success of the Sales, Service and Success Conference in Middlesbrough in September 2022, The Just Williams Sales Academy is hosting the event again, this time in Durham.

On Tuesday 23rd May, The Just Williams Sales Academy will take residence at the Radisson Blu in the heart of the city to engage with individuals and businesses from across the North committed to developing business and growing skills and confidence.

Featuring key speakers and panelists from the worlds of Sales, Customer Service and Marketing, the day-long conference has been specifically designed to inspire and motivate, as well as give real-world support and advice for working in these fields. Keynote speakers include David Stimson, of Bennu Consulting, exploring the Psychology of Sales; and Simon Clayton of Marketing Skills Academy to dive into the Anatomy of Sales too; and closing the day Jessica Williams will discuss how to create success in Service and Sales.

Three impressive panel events will take a look at mindset, how to create a culture of excellence in customer service and talent management also. Our contributors include Opencast, CXY, Change Reactions, NEPIC, Hartlepool College of Further Education, Sullivan Brown, Key Wellbeing and more!
