These workshops have been designed by SDN for employers considering offering T Level Industrial Placements.

T Levels are a new two-year qualification for 16 to 19 year olds. Designed with employers, each T Level is equivalent to 3 A levels and will help young people develop the knowledge, attitude and practical skills to thrive in the workplace. At the heart of each course, a 45-day industry placement will give you early access to the brightest talent entering your market.

This is the second of our half-day online planning workshops. We appreciate the challenges many of you are facing in the current circumstances. These sessions are aimed at helping you explore how industry placements might fit into your longer-term workforce development plans and the practical steps you can take to start laying the ground, ready for when you are able to consider hosting placements in future.
