Teesvalley Business club visits the Heritage Gallery at the Cargo Fleet offices owned and developed by Python Properties. This event is sponsored by Barclays bank. Trevor Jenkins of Barclays will update us on Business Finance from Barclays.
Python Properties was established in 1997 by its two Partners, Peter Broome BSc MRICS, Chartered Surveyor, and Captain Martin Johnson MNI. Its aim was and remains, to bring the high quality standards of the two Partners' professions to the commercial and residential accommodation markets.
The Heritage Gallery at Cargo Fleet is a creative development that focuses on, but is not limited to the history of Teesside’s industrial heritage, once described as an 'infant hercules' by W.E. Gladstone on visiting Teesside in 1862.
The gallery provides quality exhibition space and is developing an exhibition programme that will showcase a range of exhibitions introducing visitors to an array of artistic and historical collections. On offer are exhibition opportunities to all artists and artists groups in the North East and can accommodate most sizes.
The exhibition strategy for The Heritage Gallery at Cargo Fleet is to engage, inspire and provide a rewarding experience for all who visit. The aim is to provide a platform for artists and support emerging talents, enabling them to showcase their work in their local region. They encourage proposals in all styles and media and proposals are considered on their individual artistic merit as well as their compatibility with other scheduled exhibitions within the program.
There are limited places for this event so early booking is recommended.

6:00pm Arrival, buffet and view gallery
6:35pm Welcome and introduction from TVBC Chair
6:40pm Presentation from Barclays Bank
7:00pm Presentation from Python Properties
7:20pm Business Card Exchange
7:30pm Tour
8:00pm Networking
8:30pm Close

Attendance to this event is without charge for members and eligible guests*. Please bring plenty of business cards.
