Tees Valley Unlimited update and launch of North East Access to Finance 2014 Fund Guide

North East Access to Finance (NEA2F) are delighted to be returning to the Tees Valley Business Club to launch their hard copy version, sponsored by Square One Law, of the Access to Finance Guide for 2014

As our name suggests, NEA2F help businesses in this region access finance. We do this in two ways: first, we act as a signpost for businesses to direct them to sources of finance and support that are relevant to their needs and currently available in the region. Secondly, we are working to develop new sources of public investment funding that will become available to the region’s SMEs after the current programmes have come to an end. This money comes from the financial returns from previous regional investment programmes that will be re-used in new funds.

Our online Access to Finance Guide has over 240 sources of funding and support for SMEs across the north east region; including public sector backed investment funds, equity and loan funds, business angels, grants, and information on the services offered by business support agencies as well as a comprehensive range of funding options available for social enterprises www.nea2fguide.co.uk. The website also provides advice on a range of topics such as raising finance, tax incentives for businesses and investors and a range of legal issues.

Why not visit www.nea2f.co.uk for all the latest news that concerns access to finance for SMEs? Sign up to our newsletter to get a weekly summary straight to your inbox every Friday morning.
