LIZ CASEY
SQUARE ONE LAW
Liz Casey is an Employment Partner at Square One Law and has specialised in employment law for 20 years. She advises and supports businesses on their day-to-day employment law and human resource issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, wellbeing, absence and confidential exists.
Liz thrives on client relationships, providing practical and commercial advice. She works with business on more complex or sensitive issues and project work including restructures, executive terminations, redundancies, changing terms, defending tribunal claims, managing the transition of employees under TUPE, co-ordinating or conducting investigations. Liz is based in Square One’s Teesside office.

TEESSIDE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Victoria Ashby is Head of Property and Development at Teesside International Airport. Along with managing the existing investment property portfolio and tenant relationships, she is focused on bringing in new business and driving the development of the Business Park.

Richard Wilson is a Chartered Surveyor at Dodds Brown with over 20 years experience in the commercial property market in the Tees Valley advising both public sector and private clients across a range of sectors..
Dodds Brown have been instrumental in many of the major regeneration projects in the Tees Valley over the past 30 years and most recently with Tees Advanced Manufacturing Park and Centre Square offices
in Middlesbrough. They are delighted to be acting as joint property agents for Teesworks and Teesside International Airport’s Business Park South and the significant opportunities both these developments bring to the local area.
WILL CUMMOCK
COLLIERS
Will Cummock is a Chartered Surveyor at Colliers and advises a number of public and private sector clients. He is a commercial property agent for Teesworks and Teesside International Airport’s Business Park South.
Will has a particular interest in Green Energy, Advanced Manufacturing and Aviation development, and in the wealth of opportunities for these sectors in Teesside.
