The North East Business & Innovation Centre´s (BIC) unique Innovation Programme is designed to help your business realise its innovative ambitions by offering financial support and access to innovation specialists.

What are the benefits to my business?

*       A bank of quality assured Innovation Specialists who can share their experience, knowledge and expertise as credible mentors to support you to operate an effective innovation process

Eligible businesses must be:

*       Established, trading B2B SMEs based in the North East
*       Have an Innovation Project which will create and safeguard jobs in the North East

Utilising £724,000 of ERDF investment and part financed by the European Union´s ERDF Competitiveness Programme 2007-13, support from the Innovation Programme can be used in many ways, for example to:    

*       Develop products
*       Introduce a new service
*       Change operating processes or methods
*       Develop innovative financial tools
*       Make better use of technology
