Bid and Research Development turn 3 with big plans for growth

Bid and Research Development, the North East based, award winning Bidding and Research consultancy, who have won over £2.5 Billion worth of contracts for their customer base is celebrating three successful years in business this week.

The team who in the past 12 months won the Best Service Provider at the Best New Business Awards is led by Managing Director Tim Ward. Tim is delighted to have reached this milestone and has big plans for what comes next “We have always set clear targets in the business. Three years is a pivotal point for us. We have moved to a bigger office in Castle Eden, the team is growing and we are currently recruiting.

"Repeat business has been central to our growth with customers coming back time and time again, along with recommending us to people they know. We have developed an innovative new service offering which sees our bid support much more embedded long term with our customers’ aspirations, as we share in both the risk and reward of the tender process.

"The next big target for us is reaching £1m per annum turnover and we are on track to achieve within the next 2 years.”

The team have been working for almost two years with Malcolm Taylor former CEO of Business Link and Digital City Business, to develop a strategy for sustainable growth.
