October 1st 2014
We would like to invite you to a series of free workshops offering expert advice, legal guidance and the chance to learn from others in the Manufacturing industry. Each session will include input from lawyers, industry leaders and relevant specialists. You will learn about current
best practice coupled with guidance from people who regularly deal with issues ‘on the ground’.
Upcoming workshops:
· Managing Risk: Leveraging Maximum Protection from Contracts
and Insurance (Wednesday 1st October)
· Protecting Against Supply Chain Insolvency: How to prevent
the distress of customers or suppliers harming your business
and perhaps turn others’ problems to your advantage (Tuesday
14th October)
· Compliance and the Competitive Business: Governance, Risk Management & Reputation (Wednesday 5th November)
· Superior Intellect: The impact of the Unified Patent Court and protecting patent designs (Tuesday 25th November)
· Capable of Success: How the capability of your workforce
impacts you and the industry (Wednesday 10th December)
This is a different approach to seminars. Each session will start with a presentation to set the scene and highlight potential problem areas.
Our expert panel will share their experiences, offer recommendations
and lead a Q&A session which means you can ask questions about the issues that matter to you. This is a forum for sharing experiences, debating market trends, discussing solutions to common problems and networking with industry peers.
If you work in the Manufacturing sector with responsibility for procurement, contracting, HR, legal or regulatory matters, this is a unique opportunity to get legal advice which is focused on the Manufacturing sector and discuss key challenges with like-minded people in your region.
I look forward to welcoming you at one of these events.
