A second runway at Teesside Airport is set to open in style, dressed to impress with a fashion show in support of our charity partnership.

Fashionistas from across the region are set to touch down and grace the airport’s second runway showing off must-have spring/summer collections and ideas perfect for that special holiday getaway.

House of Zana, based in the departures lounge, has brought together a large range of local suppliers and college students from the world of ladies, men’s and children’s fashion, dressing north-east models to hit the catwalk for this chic event.

As well as the themed catwalk show, a select shopping area of local homeware, accessories, candles, fashion, food and drinks will be available pre- and post-show as well as the airport’s bar to keep you all hydrated.

General tickets, which include a drink on arrival and goody bag, cost £15. A small number of VIP tickets, at £25, are also available and include a second drink, dedicated area to relax plus reserved front row seating. Goody bags include gifts and discounts from the show’s suppliers as well as other business across the area.

All proceeds from the event go to the airport’s charity partners Alice House Hospice, Great North Air Ambulance and Middlesbrough FC Foundation. 

The evening takes off on Thursday 17 February 2022 within the main airport terminal building. Arrival drinks are served from 6.30pm with the shopping area also open from then. The catwalk show struts its stuff from 7.30pm and the evening will end at approximately 9pm.

There will be a HUGE charity raffle during the evening too, with prizes including flights with Loganair, shopping vouchers at Psyche, a signed shirt from MFC, an iPad from Cornerstone, a shopping voucher from House of Zana plus many, many more!

Tickets are available to purchase via ticketing partner Eventbrite. To ensure all proceeds do go to the charities, there is a small booking fee payable per ticket rather than it being deducted from ticket proceeds.

Event car parking at the airport is free of charge.
