Times are tough right now but they won’t last forever and when the dust settles projects will still need to be built and those that have been delayed, restarted. The cost and time effects of this virus will all have to be addressed.
In readiness a North East-based commercial management consultancy has announced a new collaboration to enhance services to the global engineering sector.
Wynyard-based ACSL, owned by Dave Armstrong, will join forces with OnePugh3, headed up by Andrew Jones , a planning, scheduling and forensic delay analysis consultancy.
The strategic partnership will bring the strengths and experience of both businesses to develop a new range of services to the engineering sector which is relevant to the digital age.
Both David and Andrew have significant experience in the planning and commercial management of large-scale prestigious global engineering projects.
ACSL, established in 2009, has been involved in the commercial and contractual management of prestigious engineering projects in the UK, Norway , Malta, Tunisia and South America
The experience and expertise of OnePugh3 in major project planning, reporting and forensic delay analysis will support the current capability that exists within the ACSL network, and offer a greater
depth and technical strength across a broad range of industry sectors.
‘The partnership delivers an exciting opportunity for clients and capitalises on a wealth of expertise in the engineering sector’, says David.
‘As we move into the digital age, the demands for ‘real time’ planning, commercial and contractual advice will become the norm. The partnership of ACSL and OnePugh3 will provide our clients with a
fully integrated service from bid phase through contract negotiation and award, and across the life of the project and into the digital future.’
Andrew, managing director of OnePugh3 adds: ‘This is an exciting time for both companies, our complemented services of project planning and commercial/contracts enables the partnership to
provide an even broader range of services to potential clients across a wider range of industry sectors and geographical area.’
