Teesside-based accommodation, conference, and event management specialist Hospitality Guaranteed has launched EventStop, an online tool that is set to revolutionise the way events are organised and promoted.
Amanda Jackson, director and co-founder of Hospitality Guaranteed, has said: "EventStop provides a flexible, competitively priced one stop shop for event organisers.
"Its suitable for events from student balls and music festivals, to seminars, training courses, awards ceremonies, and conferences. Were looking forward to seeing EventStop make a real difference to the event management market.
"The system allows event organisers to build customised events pages quickly and easily, as well as send invitations and confirmation emails with their own brand identity. It has a venue finder that helps organisers to pick the perfect location for their events, and provides planners with a way to manage logistics and track revenue with ease. Additionally, its low charges mean that event organisers can make more from their well-earned ticket sales."
EventStop is backed by Hospitality Guaranteed's team of experienced events specialists, who are on hand to support users. They're also able to negotiate rates and extra benefits for their customers where necessary.
Victoria Brunton, director and co-founder of Hospitality Guaranteed, added: "Our comprehensive understanding of the corporate events market has given us a deep insight into the challenges faced by event organisers and weve used this knowledge, combined with our own expertise in developing custom online solutions, and our specialist events experience, to shape EventStop."
Additionally, Hospitality Guaranteed is dedicated to supporting the local community, so a percentage of all ticket sales made through EventStop will be donated to Daisy Chain, a Stockton-on-Tees-based charity that supports families affected by Autism. Daisy Chains Day Centre and Farm provide a safe haven for more than 1,700 Tees Valley families.
