The Endeavour Partnership and Rivers Capital Partners are delighted to invite you to a presentation, followed by a light supper, on how to make your business “investment ready”, including new ideas on how to grow your business.  This event will be relevant to any business looking for investment now or in the future and to organisations advising businesses in this position.

All businesses need finance to plan for the future, but there is often uncertainty as to where to go for funding and how to improve your position to obtain that investment.  Paul Bury, partner at Endeavour Partnership, will talk about some practical steps that can be taken by businesses to streamline the investment process and will also highlight some of the key legal issues that will need to be addressed.

Jonathan Gold is a director of Rivers Capital Partners and fund manager of the £7.5m North East Angel Fund that invests in start-up and existing businesses with growth potential in any specific industry sector. Jonathan will provide information on what venture capital investors look for; giving the investor’s perspective on how a business can gain the edge in acquiring venture capital investment.
