How does it Work?

If you are a UK business with 1 to 249 employees, less than £40m turnover and mainly selling to other businesses then you should be eligible. The process is simple. A Growth Manager will meet with you to discuss your plans and issues and complete a diagnostic of the support required. If you are happy to proceed, you sign the agreement for the support and begin working with the Growth Coach to achieve your aims. Projects generally are spread over 3 to 9 months to suit your business.

What does it Cost?

The costs of GrowthAccelerator depend upon the number of employees you have, as follows:

1 to 4 employees - £600 = +£700 Vat

5 to 49 employees - £1,500 = +£700 Vat

50 to 249 employees - £3,000 = +£700 Vat

The value of the support is estimated at up to £5,500 if the maximum number of days is required. The VAT is based on £3,500 of value and can be reclaimed. P.R.A can provide more details of how this works. Additional Leadership and Management Training is available and is match funded to a maximum of £2,000 per person, with no restriction on the number of people to be trained.
