North East based law firm, Jacksons has taken client care to the next level by encouraging its entire staff, from apprentices to the senior management team, through a qualification in customer service.
Commercial Property Partner, Erica Turner co-ordinated the staff training, and worked closely with County Durham based Learning Curve Group, who provided the accredited customer service programme and supported all the staff at Jacksons to enable them to complete the course.
Jacksons views client care as key to the success of the firm, and recognises the importance of how each member of staff looks after its clients from answering the telephone, to dealing with confidential information, to taking a client through a complex transaction.
Erica Turner said:"This was a great opportunity for all of our staff to develop their listening, communication and problem solving skills and to receive a recognised accreditation in an area which is key to the business. Jacksons is a service business, therefore the service we provide to our clients is paramount. We want to focus on client relationships and continue to provide excellent client care and we saw this as a great way to enhance the service we offer to clients."
Erica continued, "Client care has always been at the forefront of Jacksons core values and now we have completed the course, each member of staff has the confidence to offer a first class service to our ever increasing wide range of clients, who each have their own individual needs."
Janeen Nevison from Learning Curve Group said: "The staff at Jacksons are a great team to work with and were keen to get on with the course. We work with a lot of companies in the North East and we usually get the same positive reaction from staff when we go in to meet them. I'm delighted that all staff at Jacksons passed the course, which is testament to their commitment to client care."
