Joe Maphosa signs sponsorship deal with Wander Films

Professional boxer, Joe Maphosa, has just signed his latest sponsorship deal with local video production company Wander Films. This exciting contract will see the undefeated pro working closely with the Wander team during the run up to his 9^th professional fight. Joe, who is signed to Frank Warren Boxing, is tipped to be a world title holder later this year.

Wander Films are a young up and coming creative video company who seem to be making waves in Teesside with their fresh take on social media video. This partnership is a great example of how the young business community is supporting each other. Wander Films have also released a high impact announcement Vlog on their page, check it out here, it shows Creative Director Chloë Clover announcing the partnership with Joe and having a little fun in the process!  

Joe is very excited by the partnership and says: “I can’t wait to show all the fans the videos we have planned, I’m super excited to see what the future holds, let’s do this. This is the next level for my social media strategy and my fight promotion throughout the year.”

Wander Films have been on their own globe trotting journey to get them where they are now. The pair founded the company whilst backpacking (and ‘Wander’ing) around Australia and South East Asia. They have since grown from; two girls, two backpacks and a broken Go Pro, to growing an ambitious creative agency back home in Teesside.

Promoted by Frank Warren Joe is making waves, not surfing in Australia, but in the world of Boxing. 8 in 8 Joe is going from strength to strength picking up followers, fans and supporters with each fight. Trainer Imran Naeem said: “Joe has got everything. He boxes southpaw and orthodox equally as well. He boxes well on his front foot, he can be aggressive and cut the ring off, but he can also box on his backfoot and be allusive.
