At the Mussel Club, we aim to provide opportunities for informal networking combined with dinner and entertainment to aid members in developing new business relationships and ultimately DO more business.
I would like to invite you to join me at Freya´s restaurant, Aspers Casino, Newcastle on Thursday 28th February from 6.30pm.
As well as a stunning 3 course dinner, attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to play two casino classics; Roulette and Craps and meet new business contacts in an informal environment.
* 6:30pm Arrive in Aspers Sports Bar (Stowell Street)
* 7:00pm Head to the gaming floor for private fun play and tuition on Dice (craps) and Roulette tables
* 7:30pm Head to Freya´s Restaurant for food
* 8:30/9:00pm Return to the gaming floor (drink discounts and cash match bet vouchers for any attendees that become an Aspire member on the night)
The choices menu for the night are;
Starters
Spiced red lentil soup finished Crème fraîche
Beer Steamed Mussels with Spanish Chorizo
Duck Salad, served extra crispy with watercress and our own signature Sauce
Main Course
Roast Cod loin with smoked bacon, tomato and saffron mussel broth
Oven baked Gnocchi with roast red onions, tomatoes, Mascarpone & Vodka
Ribeye Steak Served with Chips, Garlic Butter & Salad
Desserts
Toasted brioche with cinnamon sugar, macerated fruits & vanilla ice cream
Lemon & Lime bavois served with raspberry coulis
Sweet shop mousse
