Business Services Manager vacancy at LaneSystems Ltd

• £22,000 - £26,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for Business Services Manager to join our growing and successful team. You will become part of a family run business which has been operating for 27 years.
The successful candidate will be a professional and confident communicator and enjoys working with numbers; pays attention to detail and is familiar with CRM systems. You will also manage two administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the smooth running of the office, working within the Admin / Finance team and supporting clients with funding opportunities and developing new opportunities.

Tasks will include supporting the Financial Director with the company accounts – invoicing; inputting Sales & Purchase invoices onto Sage; weekly Credit Control activities; updating internal CRM systems; maintaining staff records; reviewing company processes and procedures; attending networking events, as and when required, to promote the business; ensuring the company is compliant with regard to Health and Safety, and the General Data Protection Regulations, as advised by external experts. You will manage the admin team and contribute to the Sales & Marketing meetings.

Skills and Knowledge required:
• At least three years’ experience in a customer facing role
• At least three years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Highly motivated and must enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Excellent numerical skills
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
• Competent with Sage / Excel / Word / Outlook (Microsoft 365 and Teams)
• Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
• Positive attitude, team player.


The Package:
Salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum | Healthcare package | On-site parking | Opportunity to apply for Hybrid working | Commission structure for new opportunities.

8-hour shift, 40-hour week | Monday to Friday.
