Leading Growth Programme - Final Spaces Available!

Looking for owner-managers, MDs or Senior Directors of SMEs in the North East who want to step back from the day to day running of their business and focus on strategic growth. Company should ideally have 4 employees and must be ERDF eligible.

Leading Growth has been helping small businesses across the country grow since 2004, by improving the leadership skills of the owner-manager and enabling them to step back and focus on growing the business. We can demonstrate that:

•         70% of participating businesses saw an increase in their profits

•         The average turnover increase year-on-year across participating businesses is £360,000

•         49% of participating businesses saw increases in employment

•         65% of participating businesses reported increases in productivity

Leading Growth is currently free for eligible businesses.

The final cohort starts on 3rd February 2015, so this is your final opportunity to take advantage of £10,000 worth of training for you and your business. All we ask for is a time commitment of 1-2 days per month and a passion and commitment to growing your business.
