Lexonik strengthens global ties in latest UAE trip

Schools from across the globe have again benefited from the powerful training delivery of award-winning Middlesbrough business, Lexonik.

Three senior members of the Teesside firm travelled to Dubai to train education leaders in their Lexonik Advance and Lexonik Leap programmes.

At the same time, they were able to make a number of visits to schools across the region, and to attend the Middle East Senior Leaders Conference event.

It was a packed week-long schedule for the north-east team of CEO Sarah Ledger, and colleagues Phil Luke and Kate Jones. It saw delegates travelling from as far afield as New Zealand, just to be able to take part in the Lexonik training.

Speaking on their return, Sarah said: “Although we’ve now visited the Middle East several times in the last couple of years, this felt like a hugely significant trip for the Lexonik team, and has really aided our efforts to grow links in the region and further cement the relationship we have with our existing client schools.

“To think that we had schools from New Zealand sending staff to get trained with us is just so great for our journey of international progress, and it bodes well for another positive year of client acquisitions in new territories.”

Lexonik last visited Dubai late last year, when it took part in a Northern Powerhouse Trade Mission, organised by the Department of Business and Trade.

The company has further overseas training dates fixed for the coming months, including those in the USA, where it has an existing base of clients.

Sarah added: “Both here in the UK, and globally, we continue to deliver our really powerful literacy programmes and to see exceptional results for our client schools.
“As ever, I welcome hearing from any education leader who thinks they could benefit and wants to talk about how Lexonik could be part of their future efforts to improve literacy attainment among their students.”
