Atom Financial are a business consultancy firm providing finance and HR services to SME businesses to help them grow and prosper. The firm has recently celebrated three years of trading and has an exciting 12-month period ahead, with planned headcount increases as they look to grow the business, alongside helping their clients expand.

 

The team manage whole or parts of finance and HR functions for growing SME businesses from ambitious start-ups to businesses on a scale up journey. Atom Financial cover all aspects of the finance function from transactional services such as bookkeeping and credit control, to preparing management accounts, cashflow management, forecasting and budgeting and more strategic external financial director support and guidance. They also provide an ‘Atom People’ offering, that provides fully managed HR solutions, HR helpline support and payroll services. 

 

The company aims to deliver a premium service, the same as the best quality in-house recruited Finance and HR teams, but with added flexibility and a cost effective solution for their clients.
