Consult Net Zero is a specialist property consultancy dedicated to improving the energy efficiency of homes and supporting businesses in their journey toward net-zero carbon emissions.

Based in the Tees Valley, Consult Net Zero works with social housing providers, landlords, developers, and businesses to deliver practical, sustainable solutions that reduce carbon emissions and support long-term environmental goals. Their expertise lies in conducting energy audits, air permeability testing, developing bespoke decarbonisation strategies, and guiding clients through the complexities of regulatory requirements and funding opportunities.

The company is currently developing an innovative digital tool to make property information more accessible and support better home energy management. Their tool will empower tenants and landlords with practical insights, whilst tackling the growing issue of fuel poverty.
