Specialising in troubleshooting, change management and business improvement, Doug is a professionally qualified accountant with 35 years experience at director level in a very wide range of commercial and manufacturing sectors. He has significant experience in assisting with improvements to operational processes efficiency, implementing financial and strategic plans, improving supply chain management and logistics.
 
Working within the company for the period required, Doug is able to work flexibly to support the individual requirements of a business. He has extensive expertise in manufacturing, accounting and related reporting, as well as erp systems implementation and integration into a business.
