Maoni Consulting is a relationship business based in Darlington working with organisations and people across the UK and beyond.  They provide a bespoke business consultancy service specialising in learning and development, coaching, talent and performance management, change management, business planning, strategy and policy support.
 
Founded in February 2017, their combined experience covers both public and private sector organisations from SMEs to FTSE 100 businesses, and from primary schools to large public sector organisations, as well as one-to-one personal coaching. They have also recently developed Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) accredited level 3 and level 5 Leadership Management courses for apprentices to enable local businesses take advantage of the new arrangements with the apprenticeship levy.
