Part of the Ogilvie Group, Net-Defence has been helping businesses protect, connect and support their operations for more than 10 years. The company works with organisations ranging from small businesses and sole traders through to larger private and public sector organisations, providing practical, jargon-free advice and support.

Its services include managed IT and cyber security, business connectivity, telephony and technical support. Net-Defence also provides Business Resilience as a Service, bringing together IT, cyber security and communications to help businesses build a more secure and resilient operation.

Net-Defence recently celebrated 10 years in business and was also named Tyne and Wear ´Cyber Security Company of the Year´ at the Business Awards UK 2026, recognising its work supporting organisations with practical and accessible cyber security.

The company has joined Tees Valley Business Club to strengthen its connections across the Tees Valley and become more involved with the region´s business community. With a strong focus on face-to-face relationships and supporting local businesses, Net-Defence sees the club as an opportunity to meet like-minded organisations, share knowledge and develop new partnerships.

As cyber security continues to be a key consideration for businesses of all sizes, Net-Defence is keen to use its membership to help raise awareness, share practical guidance and support organisations across the region in becoming more secure and resilient.
