One Little Spark is a training and consultancy firm dedicated to helping individuals and organisations embrace the power of imagination to break through system rigidity, navigate uncertainty, and build the capacity for sustainable innovation.

One Little Spark is a cross-sector consultancy that helps teams move from firefighting to future-building through developmental programmes focused on professional development and growth, leadership, strategy, and culture and social value, impact, and place.Their approach blends theory, warmth, and a DIY punk spirit to help organisations with world-building, design thinking, and developing a strategic and productive imagination mindset.

Kieran Fenby-Hulse, founder and imagination leadership consultant, commented on why One Little Spark joined the Tees Valley Business Club, and said:
"As a resident of Redcar, I am deeply invested in the region and its future. I joined the Tees Valley Business Club to learn from others who are navigating the same challenges and to connect with others in the region who are looking to shape its future.

"The most beneficial aspect of membership is the opportunity for potential collaboration. Having worked in Higher Education for the last 20 years, this is my first business and the first six months have been a mixture of both exciting and terrifying.
