SHR International is a Human Resources consultancy firm based on Yarm High Street. Originally self-employed from 2012, Managing Director Eddie Buck, turned the company into a corporate company in 2015 and has since taken on a business partner to enable growth, which has seen the firm expand month on month to great proportions.

SHR International provides a range of services including; outsourced HR support, HR projects (i.e. Performance Management, Change etc.) full Safeguarding services for organisations, Learning & Development (in particular management development, supervisory skills and ‘soft skills’ training), a comprehensive Payroll service & Health and Safety documentation and policies. Their USP is the offer of a free, no obligation, initial consultation, which includes a free HR audit and/or Health & Safety audit, with no time limits applied.

Eddie said “We joined the Tees Valley Business Club to build new networks and relationships with like-minded businesses in the area, which will hopefully lead to further support in the future. Networking within the right groups is of vital importance.

We have worked with a lot of different businesses small, medium and large, UK and overseas, across a wide variety of sectors and hope to expand our client database further over time. We believe that TVBC is a great platform to help us achieve this aim.”
