Teesprint provides its clients with a full in-house solution; with design, print and finishing onsite at its Middlesbrough premises. This gives a flexibility to their offer that some of their competitors don’t have. Priding themselves on their service, Teesprint employs account handlers to support their clients through their requirements and offer ideas ahead of time. Sam Raby, Promotional Sales Manager, said: “It is important to us to get to know our customers, we don’t simply offer a product but more a solution. We are in regular contact with our accounts, understanding their business and sharing ideas to support their objectives.”
Having benefited from being a member of the club in a previous position, Sam was keen to ensure Teesprint had a presence at the Tees Valley Business Club events: “It’s not just about handing out business cards, the events offer real quality content, informative speakers and amazing venues. The members are so welcoming and represent the region’s business environment well.”
