The SDDE Smith Group is a parent company managing a range of property and real estate businesses that includes Host & Stay, Styled, Grey-Smith Legal, Manhatten Property, Saltburn Estates, WOODSmith Construction Group and CoStays.

The parent group has achieved significant growth since its inception in 2020, with areas of the business such as holiday home management company Host & Stay forecasted double the amount of holiday homes available this year, from 500 to 1000.

A truly unique aspect of The SDDE Smith Group is the individual businesses can work cohesively with each other, an almost one-stop shop for its clients both residential and commercial.

With over 200 employees and head count predicted to double rapidly, the services cover almost everything from the delivery of property projects to interior design and legal services.

The Saltburn-based group is a family run business managed by CEO, Dale Smith who hopes to connect with other local businesses and raise the profile of the area by joining the Tees Valley Business Club.

“We are a local business and heavily invested in the Tees Valley region, we can reach up to 350,000 guests staying with us across the area per year.
