Triage Central Limited support people through their programmes to prepare for work and gain skills, in order to secure jobs and progress within their careers. The company was founded 20 years ago with the mission to “help people succeed”, through use of their local, regional and national programmes. Their strategic programmes aim to work with and give people a real opportunity to employment and ongoing career opportunities, through employability programmes, apprenticeships, co-designed curriculums and commercial courses, using modern methods to help people in securing sustainable jobs.
The company (with offices in Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Darlington) have joined the business club to network with businesses across the Tees Valley, “it’s all about rubbing shoulders with people and having the chance to talk to the right people, the best outcomes are generated when we design our programmes in line with the employers needs” says Henk Berits, director of business development and marketing. They look forward to this opportunity and aim to connect with likeminded people and hope to create more national exposure and to create more engagement and partnerships.
