Based in Middlesbrough with services nationwide, UCS Technologies specialise in IT infrastructure and sustainable engineering, with offerings ranging from cable solutions and audio-visual systems to EV Charging and solar PV systems.

With engineers across Teesside, Birmingham and Scotland, the organisation services a wide range of clients including The Northern School of Art and Portakabin on the rapidly developing Tees Works site.

The business has seen a significant growth of over 25 percent in the last year with hopes to expand their sustainable energy and electric vehicle charge point sectors, in which they are already the North East’s certified installer for the Tesla Powerwall 2 system.

When discussing why UCS Technologies decided to join Tees Valley Business Club, director Paul Kidd said “We’re new to business networking and Tees Valley Business Club is the first membership we have chosen to join based it’s brilliant reputation throughout the area.

“We currently do a lot of work with national companies, but it would be great to raise our profile in the region, we are keen to engage with local businesses and feel the club is a great platform to do so.”
