New tenants underline benefits of Stockton serviced offices

Flexibility and reliable superfast Broadband are encouraging new tenants to sign up at Stockton's Surtees Business Centre, says letting agent Richard Wilson of Teesside commercial property consultancy Dodds Brown.

The serviced office sector has taken off in London with serviced office and co-working companies accounting for the largest share of space leased in the capital for the first time during the first six months of this year.
