Punch Robson Solicitors are delighted to announce their appointment to Santander UK's national commercial panel.
After a rigorous accreditation process, the team at Punch Robson was very pleased to receive the news that their application to join the panel had been approved. Punch Robson joins the small group of firms across the North East and nationally, which have been selected to represent Santanders interests during commercial lending transactions.
Elaine McLaine-Wood, Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property at Punch Robson led the application to Santander. She said: "Santander have been friends of our firm for many years, so the opportunity to work alongside them by providing high-quality legal support for their lending activities is fantastic. I know that our Commercial department, myself included, are really looking forward to working on the panel - it is an exciting opportunity for us."
Punch Robson offer a wide range of Corporate & Commercial services to their clients, ranging from corporate restructuring, business and share sales through to the whole range of commercial contracts and corporate legal administration. The team is highly experienced, well connected and respected across the region.
Mark Eastwood of Santander Corporate & Commercial said: "We were impressed with Punch Robsons application to the panel and have been very pleased with the work weve seen from them over the past twelve months. We are excited for our future working with them and believe it will strengthen the service we are able to provide to our clients."
The appointment will involve the whole Corporate & Commercial team at Punch Robson, who have recently moved from the firm's head office on Albert Road in Middlesbrough to the Ingleby Barwick branch. The department has expanded - taking on new Solicitor, Laura Dale, and they are hoping that this new partnership will be another success story.
