Resolution launches new social media packages for businesses

Stockton-based strategic marketing and PR agency Resolution Communications, has expanded its service offering with the launch of social media packages designed for organisations that need expert support without a full communications strategy. The new packages sit alongside the agency’s established strategic communications model, providing an additional, flexible route for businesses to access Resolution’s expertise.

With more than a decade of experience delivering strategic, research-led campaigns across a wide range of sectors, Resolution has built long-standing relationships founded on trust, results and low client turnover. That core strategic provision remains central to the agency’s work. The new social media packages reflect that same expertise, whilst offering greater flexibility for businesses looking to strengthen their online presence. They provide a practical solution for organisations that want consistent, high-quality content and clear messaging, without the scale or commitment of a fully integrated campaign.

“Over the years we’ve developed trusted partnerships with clients through strategic planning and sustained delivery” said Sharon Starkey, managing director of Resolution. “That strategic approach continues to be at the heart of what we do, however, we’ve seen an increase in organisations coming to us specifically for social media support. Businesses of all sizes seem to value agency-level expertise but don’t necessarily need the full range of services an established communications agency provides.

“In many cases, businesses are capturing content but don’t have the time, confidence or resource to use it effectively, whilst others want engaging content but don’t have the capacity to produce it themselves. These new packages respond directly to that demand and allow us to open up our expertise to a wider range of businesses, without compromise.”

Launching in February, Resolution’s expanded social media offering gives clients the flexibility to select the level of support that best suits their business. Options range from dedicated content creation sessions, delivering professionally edited photo and video assets designed to support up to three months of activity, through to a starter bundle for businesses with existing content that needs refining, editing and optional scheduling. For organisations requiring more comprehensive support, the curated bundle provides a fully managed monthly service, combining content capture, creation, caption writing, scheduling and strategic insight. These services are designed to complement, not replace, Resolution’s existing strategic campaigns, offering an alternative entry point for businesses with different needs.

The packages are designed to help businesses maintain a consistent and engaging social presence, save time whilst preserving quality and benefit from strategic storytelling tailored to their audience and objectives. A range of add-on services is also available, including social media audits, advertising support, blog and email marketing, press releases, award entry writing and additional content creation.

To mark the launch, Resolution is offering an introductory promotion for early adopters. Businesses that sign up to a six-month social media package within the first two weeks of February will receive one month free, providing an opportunity to experience agency-level expertise with added value during the initial launch period.

Resolution has earned a reputation for taking the time to understand each client’s goals, culture and audience, applying strategic thinking and creativity to every brief. Whilst its core focus remains on long-term strategic partnerships, these new services extend that approach to organisations seeking lighter-touch support, whilst still benefiting from the experience and insight of an established agency.
