Tees Valley Business Club at Crathorne Hall

The Tees Valley Business Club welcomed more than 80 guests to its event hosted by UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) North East, on Thursday (22 April) as part of Exporting is GREAT Week.

The event, held at Crathorne Hall, included a talk from Chris Simpson, Lead International Trade Adviser at UKTI North East, who highlighted ways to explore new markets and access the raft of services and a wealth of expertise UKTI can provide.

Guests also heard from Dan Riley, founder of Spearhead Interactive, who gave insight into his journey to exporting and his international trade success, which has taken Spearhead across the globe, from Brazil to Japan.

Chair of Tees Valley Business Club, Jane Reynolds, expressed pleasure in returning to member’s venue, Crathorne Hall, for the event.

She added: “We had a fantastic event and it was great to see so many local businesses attend.

“We are really looking forward to our next event at Acklam Hall on 19th May with Sanlam Private Wealth and we hope we will see you all there.”
