Stockton Council is holding an informal Open Day for businesses to find out how they can benefit from locating to the Tees Valley Enterprise Zone.

Belasis Business Park is part of the Enterprise Zone and offers ready to move in units and land with simplified planning for bespoke development and business rate relief of up to £55,000 per year for 5 years.

It is an established business park , home to well known international, national and local businesses, and offers a secure working environment with ample parking in an attractive parkland setting and close proximity to the A19 giving access to the region’s transport network. The site is ideal for companies in the supply chain to the renewable energy, chemicals or advanced manufacturing and engineering sectors looking to move to or expand in the Tees Valley.

• Stockton Council and Tees Valley Unlimited will be available to talk about the Tees Valley Enterprise Zone and support for growth.

• North East Finance will also be available to talk about funding for business growth and

• North East Process Industry Cluster - will be available to advise how their projects can help businesses including the Business Acceleration project to help SMEs increase their sales to process industries
